Diagram Ventures is a venture studio based in Canada that is fund-backed and builds several ventures each year, primarily in FinTech. They needed help acquiring unbiased customer insights to help validate a backlog of ideas across a variety of industries.
Solution / 02
LeapMotiv acted as a growth accelerator to help build pipeline, run rapid research, uncover top customer problems, and execute a pre-sales motion with prospects. We tested various channels, messaging, and ran a lean GTM motion in order to test demand as quickly and efficiently as possible. Each venture brief lasted approximately 3 months, where we averaged 30+ conversations with prospective customers in order to validate the assumptions.
Result / 03
LeapMotiv has a 50% funding rate on ventures worked on with Diagram. One notable venture is a FinTech one called Tallied, which spun out into a standalone venture and was able to raise a $13MM USD seed round. LeapMotiv would continue on to do more work with Tallied as a growth partner.
